dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project is to establish a online public platform for the Bhutanese-Nepali refugees of Utica, New York that will promote awareness and build the visual and cultural identity of a growing community. By using current information design technology, new media technologies and social networking platforms; the goals of this community are to promote awareness, educate the community, increase membership and establish a formal venue of worship.
