The proposed 8-week resource-oriented psychoeducational music therapy program intends to support undergraduate students in managing stress and promoting wellness. The program aims to teach undergraduate students at SUNY New Paltz through music therapy based stress reduction methods, such as music-assisted relaxation, song discussion, songwriting. The program is resource-oriented and psychoeducational. This program has the potential to improve the SUNY New Paltz undergraduate student population's mental health and well-being.Collections
