Students are currently living in and growing in a world of technological advancements. Teachers need to have the correct and most efficient training and Professional Development for the use of technology. Teachers of the twenty-first century need to engage students and motivate them with technology, as well as provide them with technology in ways to help them achieve their best academic performance. In my thesis, I have included data from Undergraduate and Graduate programs of several Upstate New York universities, as well as school districts, indicating the ways that they incorporate technology training for teachers. I have also created a website with some of the most effective resources and websites to assist teachers and help benefit student learning.
