dc.description.abstract | Throughout the United States, classrooms have been dealing with a steady change of disciplinary options over the years. Our students have dealt with various ramifications for unwanted behavior and corporal punishment is a constant tool thrown in to the mix. In order to discover if the use of corporal punishment in the classroom is effective, I performed an extensive literature review of 23 articles. After analyzing the data that was collected, I have learned that there are multiple effects that shadow the use the corporal punishment in our classrooms. | |
