dc.description.abstract	This Mill Creek Stormwater Assessment (stormwater assessment) describes a range of potential structural stormwater retrofit projects recommended to improve water quality and reduce stormwater runoff in the Mill Creek watershed in Monroe County, New York. The projects presented in this stormwater assessment are based on a planning-level analysis and are recommended for further study prior to implementation. An overarching goal of this stormwater assessment is to help Monroe County and other municipalities in the county restore water quality to sustain designated uses as required by the federal Clean Water Act.
