dc.description.abstractResearch indicates that recreational facilities impact youth development through programming and employee-patron interaction. The purpose of this synthesis project is to review the literature regarding quality programming within recreational facilities and the impact these programs have on youth development. Results indicate that quality facility offerings have an overall impact on youth development.
