A series of longitudinal studies explored student attitudes towards e-textbooks and reported experience reading a course textbook in digital format. Students in both online and traditional classes accessed the e-textbooks with their personal laptops, Kindles, iPads, and smartphones. 65% of the students are likely to purchase another e-textbook; cost savings is the most compelling reason. Descriptive results include student preferences, dislikes, and recommendations.Collections
