dc.description.abstractCurrently, we face a global plastic production and waste epidemic. The amount of commercial plastics produced yearly is a growing problem because they come from resource-limited materials (petroleum) and have no degradation path after use. We aim to develop a plastic that comes from biomass and can degrade rapidly.
