Abstract
My senior project focuses on finding comfort in my own skin through the act of self-reflection while embracing my body as it is. Along the way, I've come to terms with the reality that my body is not perfect and that it never will be. It is perfectly imperfect. Instead of being so critical of my body's imperfections, I am learning to accept them. My discovery of the connection between my body and nature accelerated this acceptance in part.
