dc.description.abstract"SynthSonic: An Exploration of Technology and Computer Programming's Influence on Music" is a study and project exploring how the innovations of technology of the past have led to the significance of computer programming technology, creating a vast sonic landscape that is still evolving today. This inspired me to create my own VST multi-effect synthesizer plug-in, made completely free using free software, and used to interact with an electronic drum kit to manipulate drum sounds in real time.
