dc.description.abstract | The current study investigated differences between people participating in regular exercise (3 times a week for 30 minutes) versus people who did not participate in regular exercise on an Object Array and Spatial Memory Task. The Object Array used 2-dimensional arrays, and the Spatial Memory Task used 3-dimensional Vandenberg Mental Rotation Task. The regular exercise group had overall lower scores compared to the non-regular exercise group on all tasks. The sample size for this study was small and uneven, suggesting results are not conclusive and further research will be conducted. | |
