dc.description.abstract | This study examines the role of government agencies and incentives in New York City's affordable housing realm. Overall, it will show how crucial these government agencies and incentives have been in shaping New York City's current affordable housing landscape. This is accomplished through analyzing data available on the websites of the pertinent government agencies, as well as evidence to support this claim found in textbooks; newspaper and magazine articles; articles in academic review and other scholarly periodicals; and industry journals and newsletters. | |
