Abstract
Delving into how principles of Modernity and Post modernity can be used to guide characters in Modern and Postmodern societies who have lost their belief in christianity and therefore the moral compass they use to navigate life. I use the two philosophies to give an explanation to why characters experience the struggles they do and try to provide insight into how these philosophies can be used to better the characters lives.
