Although I am doing a recital, I do not love to use the word when describing my art. I personally consider these events more like experiences or shows. Sound allows me to be less direct with my ideas because it allows people to interpret subjectively. My goal is to remove categorization because it provides limits. I would like to take people out of their reality and enter a different consciousness without categorization. If there is no categorization, then everything can exist naturally. I want to use music to create an escape; however, I don’t want to be alone. If I am human and feeling this discontent, there must be likeminded individuals.
