From the 20th century to the 21st century in the entertainment industry, few women find success compared to men. Since this issue became much more prominent today, it became crucial for women to be strong and show those throughout the world that they can do anything and everything their heart desires; just as equally as men. From understanding what classifies the category of art, to the President of the Recording Academy’s views on women, Billie Holiday’s experience in the music industry, to women in film’s experience, through personal experience and credible articles and statistics, one is able to find validity in the misogynistic culture of the entertainment world.Accessibility Statement
