Abstract
A collection of poems that are focused in the genre of portraiture. This collection includes poems that are written in forms such as the Villanelle and the Sonnet and includes many different poetic voices. With recurring images of the seasons and voices of the people being in portrait, this collection has many different layers. I created it to accumulate all the things I love to read in poetry and made it my own.
