A write-up of the conception of my dance production using Hozier's 2019 album "Wasteland, Baby!" as a means to showcase a passion project between me and two of my closest friends as a collaboration piece. I also use this paper to explain my thought process and how I intended to utilize maximum output for the runtime of the show. I aim to study and inspect the benefits of running a collaborative arts project with the resources given to me by the school, and if it would end up making the turn-out rate of my show better or worse. I analyze marketing, product, place, and people to see how our efforts would show in the end result of our show. Now that the COVID-19 pandemic has gotten out of hand and schools have been shut down, I turn my eye to how collaborative efforts, as well as the arts as a field in general, has fared during this struggle in addition to how it's been aiding the people in being comforted and hopeful for the end of the pandemic and quarantine.Collections
