My work is a visual investigation into the feelings that exist within the “everyday” archive and the rituals and tools that create it. I want to explore how personal meaning and identity is produced and reproduced by routines of documentation, such as writing notes, taking cell phone photos, and maintaining social media. The material and routine processes of printmaking can be a lens that informs new associations to these rituals through artistic investigation. With these, I am driven to explore how shifts in detail, perspective, and scale  are able to further illuminate the contexts in which my own archives are produced.
