Art is a distraction from mundane everyday struggles. It is a distortion of the real that emits cosmic energy, a vibe that viewers feel within a single glance. We all try to grasp a feeling—the escapism of euphoria, the feeling that is perceived differently to everyone. For me, it's as simple as the flick of a lighter, to smoke a cigarette and ease my stress. The overwhelming wave of relief accompanying a euphoric experience introduced me to a spirituality I have always longed to find. I create art focusing on the symbols and themes that influence my euphoria-induced spirituality and within that is how I combat mental illness and addiction. Every mind and soul is complex; trying to understand mine determines how I live.Accessibility Statement
