Abstract
Silent Cities is a speculative fiction novel that focuses on the possible effects of climate change and explores the cyberpunk genre. The purpose of this project was to use my knowledge of climate and interest in the cyberpunk genre and create a work of fiction. I write as a hobby but usually short stories and never something to this extent. My project includes the first part of the novel, an outline of my thought process, and a document explaining the various themes in my work.
