As automation and computerization continues to advance and stir public perception towards the future of organic labor, questions arise toward the future of laborers. This descriptive study seeks to define specific characteristics associated with organic labor to see how these aspects cause labor to be either amenable to automation or not. The four characteristics most associated with labor are the complexity of labor that determine its ability to be standardized, emotional intelligence and societal requirements, desirability of labor & job satisfaction and lastly trust between organic actors and automated processes.Accessibility Statement
