Abstract
An overall look at the state of the bar and restaurant industry throughout COVID-19 pandemic giving a look at restrictions and hardships bars had to face. Outside of the general info about what bars went through during COVID-19 there's also a deep dive into four individual bars that had unique stories in how they were able to survive the pandemic.
