In the devised and original senior production, For Colored Women, the roles that I'll be partaking in are devisor, actor, choreographer, and student producer. In the research aspect, I will be examining what are the effects of intersectionality on Black Women in today's climate? How does intersectionality impact the Black Feminist movement? This study explores and examines the concept of intersectionality, Black Feminism, and its effect on Black women in today's society. This research will also highlight and view the parallels of how African American women have evolved and what aspects of society have remained the same between the 1900s and now.Accessibility Statement
