This senior project seeks to understand the process by which marijuana became legal in New York. The central question of this project was: what frames were most effective in marijuana legalization? Using framing analysis, my answer to this question is social justice and economic frames. This answer came from content analysis of mainstream media coverage of the legalization process in New York.Accessibility Statement
