Traumatic experiences have a way of leaving a lasting impact on our lives, shaping our perception of the world and ourselves in ways that we may not even realize. When we go through a difficult situation, such as a toxic friendship or relationship, it can be easy to feel trapped, hopeless, and lost. We may question our own worth and struggle to find joy in the things that once brought us happiness. It can be a long and difficult journey to recover from such experiences, but it is possible.Accessibility Statement
