Abstract
In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, many industries changed, but none changed like the arts. Without the opportunity to perform live, creators across the globe were forced to shift their platform to a model that could fit digitally. This paper is an examination of changes and shifts in the industry, with a specific lens on the evolving relationship between record labels and artists.
