Abstract
Noise-Metal. [City-Silenced] discusses how the sounds produced through Neoliberal forces like gentrification, are deeply invasive and harmful. These sounds culminate into one sound that I define as "Neoliberal Sound". A sound that is truly unique to urban life, and intrinsic to modernization.
