An exposition of prints, exposing the fragile state of the American experience through the perspective of a second-generation immigrant. In the United States, the responsibility for public education is left to state governments, which set their standards according to what is appropriate for their geographic location. Consequently, establishing a system of standardization that continuously perpetuates the concepts of hegemony, ideology, and reproduction, which individually or in combination, help to shape the intellectual framework around which schools are organized.Accessibility Statement
