dc.description.abstractThe Road Home a novel which follows the protagonist Keith: a down on his luck thief who finds himself reluctant partners with his uncle in a plot to kidnap the daughter of a wealthy businessman. Though successful at first, the deal soon goes sour and Keith's uncle plans to dispose of the child and flee to safety. Now, Keith finds himself torn between his loyalty to his uncle and the life of an innocent girl.
