dc.description.abstract | This senior project in Theatre & Performance involved performing the role of Macbeth in Mac Beth, adapted from William Shakespeare's Macbeth by Erica Schmidt. This performance was mounted with the intention to portray Shakespeare's language in a way that is easily understandable to an audience. This work was supported by research and analysis of the role of people of color in works by Shakespeare. | |
