dc.description.abstract | Part 1 discusses digital nostalgia within generations that grew up around the beginning of the Web 2.0 and the rise of lo-fi, or low fidelity, music and media within our contemporary culture and how the pandemic has further affected this. Part 2 talks about my game titled Birth~Death, which deals with the fragility of life and how we never really give ourselves the chance to stop and appreciate the moments of our lives until after we move on and remember how simple and beautiful things were before. | |
