This project aims to develop a recommendation system for tennis equipment that recommends rackets and strings based on the user's playing style and experience. To accomplish this, I collected data on tennis rackets and strings with their specifications from a popular website, www.tenniswarehouse.com, using Alteryx Designer. Then I developed a quiz with a set of questions to assess the user's needs and playing style, and used their answers to generate tailored equipment recommendations. The quiz questions cover topics such as age, athletic ability, history of injuries, experience level, playing style, and equipment preferences. I used a filtering approach to generate the recommended product list, also allowing users to apply additional filters to refine their search based on brand, color, and price. The system is built using the Django web framework, which provides a user-friendly platform for maintaining and adjusting the system as needed. The project aims to help tennis players to find equipment that best suits their game and enhances their playing experience.Accessibility Statement
