This thesis will focus on Mexican-born artists in the touring/recording commercial music industry, who are trying to discover strategies and methods to improve visibility and opportunities in the American market. It will explore artists living in Mexico and the challenges they face to break into the U.S. market and how managers can improve their opportunities to branch out. The overall goal of this research is to improve the knowledge and strategic mindset necessary to maximize deserved recognition and career success in the United States and other markets outside of Mexico.Accessibility Statement
