Abstract
A Tribute to Tagore is a South-Asian solo-performance piece created to display the extraordinary beauty and accomplishments of South-Asian culture and theatre. This project features traditional South Asian Dance as well as excerpts from Tagore's writing. I mounted this production to celebrate this hugely influential artist and educator to provide a unique and culturally enriched work of art at Purchase College's campus.?
