dc.description.abstractThis senior project aims to assist in recognizing the importance of gender diversity, equity, and inclusion as a foundation to advance successful careers for up and coming women in the music business. Analysis of several current studies as well as field examples provide a foundation for recommendations toward women's inclusion and better treatment in live music leadership.
