The saying “time heals all” is crucial to my studio practice; time makes life easier for me to bear as memories of pain fade, but does not make the memory magically disappear. The materials that go into each of my pieces are naturally or artificially put through the permanent experience of time, leaving behind scars of different visual variations. Walls, paper, fabric, and crochet all hold memories that I momentarily get to dictate but will never fully control.Collections
