The focal point of the paper is to show the reader the median multiple and how this is a tool you can use to find homes more suitable to the younger generation who can’t afford homes with high median multiple. The paper also shows why Americans who are thirty-five or younger have a very hard time owning a home. The paper includes charts and tables that explain the gap between the older generations and the younger generations in owning homes. These gaps seem to be growing and the median multiple (and price of homes) are growing at the same time.
