While my paper is mainly about why Barry Bonds should be considered for the hall of fame, it also explores the context/time period in which he played: 90's steroid baseball and a lockout that stymied the advancement of the game. Barry Bonds was already a hall of fame-worthy candidate before his juiced 2001-2004 seasons. Yet, why are other alleged steroid users already in the hall of fame in Cooperstown while Bonds is unfairly blacklisted? - despite never being found guilty of any steroid use legally?Collections
