My project is a guide to help future artist managers and their artists become familiar with the importance of their job. In my paper, I describe the different jobs one is in charge of when managing an artist, the importance of the manager/artist relationship, and some advice to ensure a successful career. I use primary sources of interviews from both managers and artists to support my ideas.
