Beneath the Veil: The Darkness behind beauty, and aesthetics of the feminine

Abstract

In my senior project, I seek to explore the aesthetics of the hyper-feminine, all the while delving into the mysterious darkness beneath a seemingly innocent display. The works are either outwardly disturbing or have chosen to unsettle the viewers in more subtle ways.
