For my Senior Project I am acting in a full-length production of Sarah Ruhl's Eurydice as Little Stone. Having read the play in class years before I signed on to do the project, having this production be my exiting project is extremely special to me. Collectively, our society has had to endure an immense amount of grief just in the span of a year thanks to COVID-19. Eurydice aided me in my own healing process, and now serves as a dedication and memorial to all the people and things we've lost. Playing Little Stone has allowed me to reunite with my inner child and the part of me that fell in love with theatre. My hope is that by doing this project, we open a space that allows the audience to feel safe enough to do the same.Collections
