This project contains images from the 1985 MOVE Bombing, the 1921 Tulsa Race Massacre, and the 1921 to 1926 Osage "Reign of Terror'' Murders. These are only three out of countless incidents of state-funded violence that have occurred to Black and Indigenous groups in the United States. Where Water Used to Flow: The Destruction of Black Fields is a conversation about violence against marginalized groups in the United States because of white supremacy and white terrorism.Collections
