This thesis is submitted to the School of Art + Design in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Fine Arts, Purchase College, State University of New York. My thesis explores the various influences on my painting and time-based media practice, focusing primarily on work completed over the past two years during the MFA graduate program. Subjects I draw upon include language alternation, lived experiences, images from childhood, and the bloat of information on the internet.
