Abstract
This paper will be exploring the world of graffiti and the legal repercussions that go along with participating in this art form. The conversation of whether or not graffiti is truly an art form will be touched upon as well as the topic of if companies making a profit off of using graffiti in their advertising and products is morally sound too.
