dc.description.abstractThe aging brain undergoes structural changes negatively impacting its function. However, the extent of these pathologies may be experience dependent. Researchers have found evidence of bilingualism as a neuroprotective agent in the aging brain. This poster reviews structural differences and functioning of the aging bilingual brain to assess a potential link between the bilingual experience and cognitive reserve.en_US
