dc.description.abstractMale-to-Female transgender clients seeking voice feminization therapy are not considered having an organic voice disorder. Because the perception of their voice often does not align with their new identity it negatively affects their quality of life and is considered a handicap to the transition process. The current research provided examines clinician directed assessment considerations for the transgender population, and symptomatic targets for voice feminization therapy.en_US
