Abstract
This project seeks to show the efficacy of creating an all-women festival as a potential solution to the lack of visibility of Afro-Colombian female artists in the music industry. Managers, executives, consumers, policymakers are pivotal in shaping careers and opportunities; hence, this research goes beyond the academic realm, resonating with those directly involved in the industry. It calls for a collective commitment to dismantling barriers and advocating for long-term change.
