Abstract
Throughout this research paper we will examine the history of dance conservatory-based training in order to better understand how it facilitates growth into the dance world. We will examine various programs including but not limited to their codified techniques, and job probability post-graduation in order to provide statistical evidence on the role a conservatory-based program plays in preparing students for a professional career.
