Abstract
This course provides an in-depth exploration of the processes involved in
harvesting and processing cannabis. Students will learn the theory and practice of cannabis harvesting, drying, curing, and processing medical and recreational quality cannabis. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to work in many of the flourishing cannabis industries in NYS including but not limited to working in cannabis cultivation and harvesting, processing raw cannabis into different final products including flower based products and concentrates as well as laboratory analytics, and in retail dispensaries.
