Abstract
Visualizing a Digital Organizational Infrastructure for a Small Arts Business discusses strategies
and approaches that can be used for the development of organizational tools, project
management structures, and information management workflows for a small business. This
project focuses on the creation of these resources for a business with only a handful of staff,
who neither prefer nor currently rely on technology for collaboration and productivity. The
project synthesizes best practices in user experience, information design, and project
management into a strategy ultimately led by human-centered design.
